Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions

Discover balance and relaxation through our Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions, guided by Bernadette Lema, BSc, and Blaise Mbah Teko, BSc. Group sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM EST, with individual sessions available upon request. These 30-minute to 1-hour sessions are open to all and require no pre-session questionnaire.
